About us

What is The Startup Shop?
The Startup Shop were born in 2019 as an extension of Corptape, a community for startups and investors.

The idea of this service is born from the need of many companies to create their own identity and a communication plan. We have therefore decided to propose and produce corporate startup-themed communication products to support and develop innovative business activities.

How does it work?
1. Sign up for free and create your account on our platform;

2. Choose your package and your payment method;

3. Propose your graphics and upload it to the platform;

4. We will take care of production and shipment of your final product.

Products & Packages

Who assures the quality of the product?
To satisfy all your needs we collaborate with Printful, a company that works all over the world. They will take care of shipping, print and material.
Can I change the package in any moment?
You can change the package just till we accept the order.
What do I need to do in order to realize my products?
You just need to fill out the graphics set-up. We will take care of the rest! If you need your own graphics to be made, ask us for this service.
In which file extension should I send my graphics?
Please take a look at the Size Guideline page.
In case I still haven't my corporate communication plan ready, could you make it for me?
Yes, for sure. Send an e-mail to letstalk@corptape.com and we will give you all the necessary information.
Can I ask for additional products that aren't in the Pack (Dress/ Lifetime) I chose?
No, unfortunately we cannot add different products; but you can buy them individually.
Can I develop personalized graphics on the whole t-shirt?
No, there are defined spaces on all products in which you can place your own graphics.
Will I get a percentage of profits from the sale of my startup products?
In the very beginning no, but if many people buy your startup products we can talk about a percentage for you.
Is it possible to get a product without subscribing to the platform?
No, it isn’t possible. To get a product you have to sign up.
Where will I find my startup products on the website?
You will find your startup products in a shop page completely dedicated to your startup. We’ll send you the link to your shop page and you’ll be able to put it in your website.

Your Account & Orders

How to log into my account?
Click here and insert your e-mail adress and your password.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order just till we accept it.
I've bought a shop pack (Free Pack/ Dress Pack/ Lifetime Pack) but I haven't received any configuration email.
If you haven’t received any emails, you can go on your account and click on “Downloads”. Here you can find your subscriptions and by clicking on “Graphics Set-up” you’ll open the form to fill out.
How can I change my password?
You should log into your account, then click on “account details”; you will find the “Password change” part.
How to sign up?
Click here and then on ‘create account’.
What if I want to suspend my subscription?
You just have to click on your account and then in “My subscriptions”. Click on “Suspend” and that’s it.

To reactivate it, you just have to click on “Reactivate”.

What if I do not want to renew my subscription?
You have to click on your account and then in “My subscriptions”. There is a button “Renew automatically”: if it is activated, it is blue and the subscription will be renewed after 365 days from your first subscription. To disable it, click on the button and it will become grey, “disabled”: in this case, your subscription will end after 365 days from your first subscription.

How much is shipping?
Flat Rate (5-20 business days after fulfillment): € 3,95

Express (1-3 business days after fulfillment): € 16,04

Where does The Startup Shop ship to?
All over the world.
How can I return my item?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

You can not return a product if it does not present any defect or size is wrong. To solve your problem, you should make a new order, at your expense.

Can I track the shipping?
Yes, all our shipping methods have tracking.
What should I do if I receive broken items or not responding to the standard?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all major payment cards and use Stripe.com as our payment gateway: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover, Diner’s Club, and American Express card.
Is my payment information secure?
Sure it is! All your data are protected.
When will I receive my refund?
Stripe (our payment processor) or your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
What are the refund conditions?
Any returns or problems that occur because of an error on our part will be handled at our expense. You can not return a product if it does not present any defect or size is wrong.
